▸'MeraVetan' a salary tracker mobile app is announced by Girish Chandra Murmu Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor for providing salary-related information to government employees. The MeraVetan App (Version-1), will enable the employees to easily access their other details and salary anytime and anywhere.
▸ Payments Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF) creation announced by The Reserve Bank of India its aim of this fund is to promote the usage of Points of Sale (PoS) infrastructure. Rs 250 crores an initial contribution by Reserve Bank to the PIDF covering half the fund. The fund will encourage acquirers to deploy Points of Sale (PoS) infrastructure (both digital and physical modes) in tier-3 to tier-6 centres and north eastern states.
